  I advanced to BRDC Formula 3 with Sean Walkinshaw Racing during the 2016 season where I performed the role of Number One Mechanic. I was responsible for overseeing the running of three Formula 3 cars and A Nissan 350z GT4 car during the race season and winter rebuilds.My responsibilities included:- Running the car on race and test days- Setting up the car at the workshop and track- Creating and delegating job lists- Analysing the cars for damage- Bodywork repair- Setting up the work environment- Liaising with drivers and engineers to understand issues- Building and maintaining transmission systems- Fabrication- Pre-race/test systems warm-up- Ensuring the cars and environment are presentable at all timesAlongside the F3 team, I also worked for Walkinshaw Performance dealing with vehicle upgrades and fabrication of bespoke components.   I worked as a Number 2 Mechanic on Oliver Turvey’s car in the Formula-E series. In this role, I received and implemented orders from my Number 1 Mechanic to ensure all components on the vehicle were up to race standard and safety standards. I attended all race events and most tests.
