  i. Initiate follow up tracker for the project, including all YOU departments, as Prepare a Consolidated Dashboard Report that contain 4G part from all IS sections, and from other Departments as well( Network, Marketing, Sales, CSP, Administration and Procurements.ii. Suggestion for better Subscriber experienceiii. Initiate follow up tracker for 4G security with IS Security Sr. Manager.iv. Prepared and BSIM, as per requested by the management, and being performed to validate the 4G service, before commercial Launch. v. Held meeting with 4G-SPOCs, in order to check the progress and the integrated task to be achieved. vii. Working with CIO and IS team to achieve the less than 1 minutes on-boarding for 4G subscribers (provisioning and service process).viii. Reporting and data analytics for the 4G progress of subscription, Gaps, and usage.ix. Purpose with 4G SPOCs; features and solutions for 4G to the Management. x. Follow up with Huawei Vendor for the remaining items of findings that needs their support to be closed. xi. Purposed Customer Service/Technical Feedback Mechanism for having KPIs/identify main problems and check the progress. Show less
