      Context: I lead the operational integration of a Glass Melting Furnace business newly acquired by Stein Heurtey. I executed the contracts for India, France and Algeria. Results: - Teams fully merged in terms of technology and methodology leading to the ability to execute larger contracts. Fives Stein in now a leader in Float Glass Plant- 20% increase of the gross margin for the Indian project (1 M€)- 90% increase of the gross margin for the Algerian project (7 M€) Context: I commissioned and validated the performance of the steel equipment (walking beam reheating furnace, galvanizing and painting line) delivered and installed in order to get its acceptance Results: - Commissioning of a high performance Automotive Continuous Galvanizing Line (CGL) in Holland- Start up of a digital CGL where analogical control command was performed digitally with a PLC

      Context: DMS is Fives affiliate for the design, supply and installation of Steel Processing Lines and Mills. I mostly involved myself in the export sales of stainless steel processing lines. I also executed the contract for Baoxin in China and headed the procurement department from 2000. As an application sales engineer, I built up the consortium to offer a complete solution to the customers. And I negotiated on the behalf of this consortium. The typical price range of the contracts were in the range of 10- 35M€.Results: - Supply of all the major production lines (BAL, CAPL) at Thainox- Negotiation with Baosteel (30M€) leading to Fives leadership in China in SS processing lines- 20% Gain of the procurement of gearboxes and welders عرض أقل

I set up the funding of the developing partners (wind assessment, site qualification and planning. I found some investors and sold the project either on a turnkey basis or with the supply of a Balance of Plant.       As a director of strategic programs, I lead the implementation of the projects that opens new and disruptive business opportunities for the Fives Group. JOINT VENTURE 3D PRINTINGContext: I processed the partnership proposal with Michelin in metal additive manufacturing in order to create the Joint-Venture AddUp. Joining force with a large capitalization company on a promising market was a key move for Fives management. I took the lead from the first contacts with Michelin trough the signature of the joint-venture and till the registration of the company.Results; - Definition of the Road Map of the Joint-Venture in 3 months with mobilization of the operating teams- Definition and Planning of the product development program- Signature of the Joint-Venture between Fives and Michelin within 6 months- Approval of the Antitrust Authorities (China,...)ENERGY STORAGEContext: I lead a program to start NeriaLis, a energy storage business joining the competence of two Fives'afiliates. It offered Fives an outstanding opportunity to address the main challenge of Renewables Energies , The project in a consortium with AirLiquide, Armines Laboratory and Storewatt was to define an innovative high-capacity compressed air energy storage solution (20MW, 100MWh) and to qualify it on a industrial demonstrator. It was funded by the French Environmental Agency Ademe.Results; - Promising technical solution qualified - Obtaining planning permission of the industrial demonstarteor- Stop the project before the construction of the demonstrator as I advocate for given the collapse of price of Li-ion batteries => Saving for Fives 9M€ عرض أقل Context: Fives Conveying designs, manufactures and installs Automotive Assembly Lines and other heavy load handling systems for the Industry. With 150 employees, Fives Conveying operates with a subsidiary in Spain, Morocco and Russia to execute contracts with PSA, Renault, Avtovaz . It has local partners in other countries such as the UK for Jaguar Land-Rover. I restarted the business after the 2008-2009 crisis and the job saving plan which followed. Results:- Contract execution securing Renault Tanger (10M€) and PSA Kaluga (28M€) gross margins- Increase of the turnover from 16.5M€ to 36M€ - Export orders outside traditional markets (Avtovaz in Russia, Outotec for the Aluminum market, in Brazil for PSA)- Orders at Jaguar LandRover paving the way to a major order for a new plant in 2014 عرض أقل Context: Celes is Fives Induction Heating Specialist. It manufactures high frequency generators and design inductors for specific applications. Celes was losing market share on it standard generators and the R&D programs expenses were not converted in orders. As Chief Executive Officer, I mobilized the teams to transform the company. I allocated more resources to the Services Department. I supported the commercial engineers to develop new markets. Results- Increase of the turnover from 7M€ to 14M€ - Record EBITDA of 1.5M€- Widening the product range with a new generator premiere in Brazil- Launching an Industrial Demonstrator for EcoTransflux (Hi-Power Transverse Flux Inductor)with French (ADEME) and European (LIFE+) subsidies to qualify the solution and market it- The crisis 2008-2009 had no social impact on Celes عرض أقل

      Context:AddUp is a start-up financed 50-50 by Michelin and Fives to become a new leader in the Additive Manufacturing market, After the setting up of the joint-venture, I manage the company. I defined with the Chief Technical Officer a disruptive machine in terms of performances, health and safety and software and with the Business Development Officer how to market it. I organized the manufacturing and the qualification of the systems. I launched R&D consortium to address the fast pace of 3D Printing development.Results:- FormUp 350 machine released at FormNext exhibition in November 2016 - More than 10 patent applications around the proprietary solution proposed - Definition of a range of auxiliaries to offer a complete system.- Proven performances of the machine in terms of speed, accuracy and high operating temperature- Proven performances of the parts manufactured: less supports, lower roughness- 50M€ BPI funded R&D program with Safran , Aubert&Duval, ESI, Universities ans Engineering Schools Labs, and two small companies عرض أقل
