Built Excel based solutions to improve the accuracy and speed of nightly and month-end closings. Oversaw the maintenance of the POS system.

Built an interactive website to train users on using Microsoft Office using HTML and Adobe Flash.Created interactive screens via WinBatch to allow library patrons to select the language they wanted to use when using the new PCs.
