  During my internship, I was involved in a range of regulatory and legal drafting activities within the department. I drafted meeting summaries (risalah rapat) for both internal and external meetings, conducted internal legal reviews of draft Financial Services Authority Regulations (RPOJK), and translated legal documents as part of the regulatory drafting process. I also contributed to the preparation of legal documents and actively participated in consignment meetings for both the alignment and harmonization of RPOJK, including coordination with the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia. Additionally, I assisted in annotating the Memorie van Toelichting (MvT) during the legal review of RPOJK drafts. Show less I was involved in drafting a comprehensive POJK study, which included detailed analyses, formal responses, and proposed amendments to regulatory drafts. I assisted in verifying documentation for the registration and renewal of Securities Broker Dealer Representative (WPPE) permits through OJK’s SPRINT platform. This included supporting the issuance of OJK’s approved decision letters (Surat Keputusan) and compiling relevant documentation for both approvals and rejections. I also composed tailored rejection letters based on specific permit denial reasons. Additionally, I participated in departmental Zoom meetings and attended OJK talkshows to enhance my understanding of the capital market regulatory framework. Show less
