      SAP IT Business Analyst

      As IT Business Analyst I was responsible for summarizing business and technical requirements to succesfully establish support of SAP Analytics Cloud platform in the Treasury Investment department of VW Group. Due to novelty of this technology and certain limitations with the on-prem systems I was part of team which developed new processess and service procedures. This allowed me to fully understand client requirements and gave me ability to consequently lead the support team dedicated to providing clients with AMS support, including mentoring and creation of training courses to onboard new colleagues.During the learning journey I've become aware of SAP BI solutions, built up competence in SAP Analytics Cloud (Reporting and Administration), recognised the SAP BW environment and underlying SAP ERP processes.
