      I graduated with an innovative research in the use of Facebook in the Customer Relationship Management of the Zeeuws Museum in Middelburg. I developed a research framework that provides concrete insights in the Facebook uses and wishes of a cultural organization's audience.In June 2013 I was invited as a guest speaker at the AIMAC XII International Conference on Arts & Cultural Management, held at Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia.
