Main Duties:o Supply regular updates to Customers, keeping them aware of progress on their orders and assisting them with any issues that may arise during the delivery lifecycle. o Matrix manage internal IRT teams to ensure accurate understanding of delivery progress is available and being communicated to customers. o Ordering and tracking of specific delivery requirements including Local Tails (OLOs), network and ancillary equipment. o Direct planning of provisioning tasks with PNOC for customer deliveries. o Produce customer documentation to support formal service delivery and handover process. o Working towards key delivery business metrics (KPIs) and targets. o Produce, maintain and present the Key Performance Indicators by way of weekly reporting within the team. o Pro-actively develop and improve validation checks per service and in general, the delivery process supporting systems automation and process improvement projects. o Develop local processes and contribute to the development of company-wide processes.
