I also served as "project designer", “project planner”, at times "project manager" working on a variety of design and planning projects for public school buildings. Specialized work with designing for the handicapped and special education populations, estimating, technology conversion, roofing systems and development of a computerized facilities database. As in-house planner, I also represented RPS at public boards and commissions on matters ranging from facilities in historic districts, land use, permits, zoning, including co-writing the first Facilities Master Plan for the system.
