  National Science Foundation Research Experience for Undergraduates

  I was selected to participate in a competitive research experience for undergraduates, at the University of Georgia's Molecular and Synthetic Microbiology Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU). I worked full-time in the Szymanski lab, focusing my research on ganglioside-mimicking structures on lactic-acid bacteria. To pursue this goal, I have used a variety of laboratory techniques, including western blotting, gel electrophoresis, and PCR.

  I tutor students in the Medical College Admissions Test, the admissions exam to attend Allopathic and Osteopathic medical schools in the US. I tutor a diverse body of students, ranging from students still in college to career changers with years of experience in the healthcare field. I create study plans for students and help them go through questions and passages. Additionally, I help create video explanations for Jack Westin content.
