      • Worked remotely in a multidisciplinary team on finalising 2016 reviews and 2021 Census Workforce priority setting. • Extracted over 100,000 recruitment records from legacy system. Data was then geocoded and analysed using SAS to create and analyse a dataset of the applicants (and specific demographics) over all national local council boundaries to identify potential recruitment short-falls for the 2021 Census.• Development of the workforce targeted engagement strategy for the 2021 Census. Focusing on areas where it is difficult to attract and retain field staff.• Analyzed 2011 and 2016 recruitment data to identify hard to recruit areas and assigned appropriate modes of engagement. • Worked with the Centre of Excellence in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Statistics (CoEATSIS) including presenting Census TableBuilder and other Statistical packages as part of the return of Census Data program to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community groups Show less • Successfully developed the 2018 Survey of Employees Earnings and Hours including the submission to Parliament for Tabling the Survey under the Census and Statistics Act.• Conducted Data Stocktake and Data Profiling in preparation migration of data assets to new Linux server. Process included consultation with key data users (internal and external) regarding priorities for migration and archiving.• Critically reviewed the 2016 Survey cycle and delivered recommendations through the end of cycle report. This also includes extraction of data from grant management systems to provide accurate and timely information about expenditure and programs being delivered in specific locations. • Coordinated the Regional Managers Discretionary Fund for the 2019/2020 Financial year ensuring allocation of funds fully committed. • Working in a virtual team developed Power BI dashboards to demonstrate current capabilities available at regional level to extract data from common systems, analyse data and visualise outputs both by geography and ontology of IAS projects. This proof of concept allowed for Regional Manager to provide on the ground information to State Government counter parts in preparation for COVID-19 response plans for Aboriginal Communities in WA. • Developed and delivered FUSION and CRM training to staff using Microsoft Dynamic 365 software.
