  My remit as experienced Project Leader involved the delivery of six multi-million long/mid-term consultancy projects in the Middle East and CIS markets. I oversaw a team of up to five BCG consultants and external advisors. My key contributions included:• Identified Halal relevant greenfield investment opportunities for the leading Saudi Arabian investment fund. Successfully negotiated with international strategic players - potential JV partners. Project was approved with total investment needs >1 B USD and target IRR > 12%• Developed business and operating model for the new Saudi Arabian investment fund (5 B USD AuM), as well as portfolio value creation strategy for core assets (real estate, construction, telecom).
