      My remit as experienced Project Leader involved the delivery of six multi-million long/mid-term consultancy projects in the Middle East and CIS markets. I oversaw a team of up to five BCG consultants and external advisors. My key contributions included:• Identified Halal relevant greenfield investment opportunities for the leading Saudi Arabian investment fund. Successfully negotiated with international strategic players - potential JV partners. Project was approved with total investment needs >1 B USD and target IRR > 12%• Developed business and operating model for the new Saudi Arabian investment fund (5 B USD AuM), as well as portfolio value creation strategy for core assets (real estate, construction, telecom). All approved by the Board.• Developed transactional banking strategy with focus on digital offering for CIB, mid-cap and SMEs for top 2 Russian bank (>250 B USD of assets). Proved potential to grow net commission income by 100 M USD.• Developed leasing strategy for the Russian state development bank (>40 B USD AuM) and identified an opportunity to profitably grow portfolio by 5 B USD in next 5 years, approved by the Board.
