  1. Proposal preparation: conceptual of design, estimate the volume of material (develop BoQ), Man hour, manpower plan, software capability for next EPC, and site visit/surveys. 2. FEED Execution Design 3. EPC Project: - as a Lead, Conduct In-house Detail Design, and coordination among disciplines such as PMT, Piping, Instrument, Package, Electrical, Civil, HVAC, and Fire. - the major tasks is to coordinate, review, and execute the related building designs and works in 3D Model by REVIT (BIM) and NAVIS. - to support Sub-Contracting team in preparing the inquiries package, and/or Requisition that they will send it to Building Sub-Contractor and/or Vendor. This package will include Bill of Quantity/Material, approved detail design, Specification, Schedule, and the Spilt of Works. - Review quotation and prepare TBE. - Review vendor documents such as shop drawings, datasheets, Material approvals, ITP, Construction Schedule, MPL schedule, Material Schedule/monitoring by using of Material Control Sheet.
