      Duties & Responsibilities:1. Assists to implemented HR related policies, rules and regulations. 2. Undertaking and managing the recruitment and hiring function of the division she/he handles. This involves finding and shortlisting appropriate candidates, arranging and taking interviews, doing a background check, and fulfilling the employee on boarding functions. 3. Organizing and monitoring new employee orientation for company and for Safety. 4. Assist in the performance management process of the employees 5. Disseminate important drive and orientation for new Management directives. 6. Aid in the planning, organization and implementation of guidelines and procedures to ensure adherence to legal mandates, policies, and regulations pertaining to the human resource management system. 7. Prepare and issue notices and memos related to HR related policies and information that needs to be disseminated to concerned employees. 8. Assist with training and development administration, including keeping records of staff attending training, forwarding appropriate joining instructions and keeping training records as up to date as appropriate. 9. Continuously, be in touch with external recruitment firms to locate talented individuals who can work with the firm, and invite employee referrals. 10. Maintain 201 file of the employees under the division he/she handles and maintain a database that records all the personal as well as professional details of employees. 12. Conduct employee exit interview and assist in the off-boarding functions. 13. Entertain calls and provide assistance to internal and external clients. 14. Actively participate in Human Resources staff meetings and Company events 15. Coordinate with all HR functional area personnel on employee concerns including Payroll, Benefits, Administrative services, etc.16. Do other task that may be assigned from time to time.
