      In this role, I directed and pastored staff and volunteers to design age-appropriate programs for elementary-aged children at a large, internationally recognized church serving a congregation of over 20K. I also facilitated church ordinances, taught classes and represented the department as needed throughout the year.• Orchestrated summer programming for 1.5K+ children and 600+ volunteers with budget of $100K, a camp for children in grades 5-6, with a budget of $90K and the annual Fall Community event, attracting 20K+ guests.• Led 14-day overseas trip to Rwanda for both parents and children, focusing on orphan care and adoption Show less In this role, I oversaw various youth programs and special projects. I also managed summer and winter camps, student mission trips, and single-day outreach initiatives. In addition, I coordinated church services with up to 1200 individuals and provided pastoral care support when necessary.
