  As the Nuclear Basic Maintenance Course Supervisor, I am responsible for development and implementation of curriculum for three maintenance courses to teach nuclear maintenance technicians skills vital to first time quality maintenance on nuclear submarines and aircraft carriers. As Reactor Control Assistant at CSS-16 I am responsible for monitoring and oversight of 6 submarine Reactor Control divisions. Additionally I oversee complex nuclear test programs and act as liaison between submarine crews and multiple maintenance activities. Supervise and train both enlisted and officers in the operation of a Naval nuclear propulsion plant. Supervise the operation of Electronics Technician Maintenance School. Additionally provide instruction on topics relevant to preventative maintenance planning, troubleshooting and repair of both digital and analog electronic equipment. Supervise personnel in the operation and maintenance of Naval Nuclear Propulsion Plants.
