Business Process System Change – Intercompany Transaction Enablement (SAP) - Contribute a total of $850k in earnings boost in a 3-month period, including a $350k extension, as a key player in a workstream supporting a spin-off separation plan for a $5B+ business segment through successful delivery of Finance & IT process alignment for intercompany transactions under tight deadlines, - Manage 4 Associates to design a transaction flow model used to coordinate with client IT teams, ensuring ERP builds meet business needs to enable 1,000+ intercompany transactions in SAP across 50+ global sites - Facilitate workshops with client leadership to gather business requirements, address Finance & Supply Chain pain points, and propose EDI process changes across 5+ SAP instances through an iterative process - Enable GenAI initiative using ChatGPT, to establish standardized automation processes used to determine Plant & Legal Entity-level data from SAP extracts, resulting in 200+ hours saved across parallel projects, accelerating solution delivery and increasing efficiency B.
