Activities and Societies: Legal specializations and practical approached subjects: Civil Law, Procedural Civil Law, Penal Law, Procedural Penal Law, European Law of Human Rights, European Labor Law, European Union Law, Attorney Profession’s organization and implementation. After taking the bar exam, there is a two year period of junior attorney activity, during which we had theoretical as well as practical courses. We evaluated, debated the problems occurred within our activity as lawyers.

General Competences: Work up the legal knowledge acquired during the bachelor’s studies and also accumulate new knowledge regarding the chosen field of study.Specific Competences: Knowing the principal concepts and theoretical models specific to the discipline. Acquiring the conceptual and technical legal knowledge regarding the main models of doctrine and penal legislation existing in the European Law.
