      My environmental action campaign, Unravelled, was selected by Raleigh International UK. Ran in collaboration with other unique campaigns across the globe for Action Not Excuses, my concept was selected and has been given a £15,000 budget to achieve the targets set out by myself, Raleigh International and other dedicated climate activists.Unravelled aimed to renovate the UK charity retail sector, change the UK’s relationship with fashion, and enable more accessible, ethical fashion choices for those on low-income. This cameafter the persistent issues with the fast fashion industry on our planet and people, and with the lack of suitable alternatives for all. The campaign became inactive after Raleigh International went into liquidation.Experiences include:•Overseeing the campaign, its strategy and progress•Facilitating training and meetings for our volunteers•Leading all teams to ensure deadlines are met•Feeding back to Raleigh International on our progress through conversations, staff meeting presentations, reports and more•Planning the entire campaign in detail with the Global Youth for Change Manager at Raleigh International - thinking about outcomes, indicators, MOVs, barriers, outputs and more•Working with project management log frames and RACI sheets•Thinking about how to ensure the campaign encourages behaviour change•Being a face for the Action Not Excuses movement across media•Representing Raleigh International at #IWill4Nature climate steering group meetings and other focus groups Show less
