  Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic)

  Students will be prepared to respond to many emergencies that require urgent medical attention. This will be accomplished through the development and use of strong patient assessment and practical skills needed to appropriately manage the ill or injured patient. There are extensive clinical requirements that take place during school hours, after school, and on weekends. This will be accomplished through the development and use of strong patient assessment and practical skills needed to appropriately manage the ill or injured patient. After successful completion of the program, students will be eligible to take the National Registry Exam to become an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B). Show less
