  Inducted in more than five months abroad training at Yaomeng Power Plant, Pingdingshan, China. It was composed of detailed classroom, simulator and hands-on training related to the Operations and Maintenance of Coal Fired Power Plant. I also took part during the commissioning phase of the Coal Fired Power Plant at CPHGC. Currently, working as a Trainee Engineer in the Instrumentation and Control Department at China Power Hub Generation Company - CPHGC. It is one of the infrastructure ventures supported under the China Pakistan Economic Corridor - CPEC. Commissioned in 2019, generating 1320 Mega Watts (MW) Power and providing it to the grid. The Power Plant comprises of two General Electric - GE steam turbines capable to generate a total power of 2x660 MW and two steam generators each of 2031.7 Tons/Hours. My basic responsibilities include:- Ensure safe and reliable electrical power supply to off- taker (NTDC - National Transmission and Dispatch Company).- Responsible to turn on and off DCS Protection through Engineering Station as per operational and maintenance requirements.- Ensure reliable operation of the 10KV switch gears that are providing power supply to primary and secondary systems.- Responsible for carrying out detailed Thermal, Electrical and I&C Inspections on weekly basis.- Actively participating in the Job Hazard Analysis and ensuring that every team member complies with all Safety Procedures and applicable task-oriented job safety analysis.
