       FOT samples: verify the dimension and the appearance. Order measure jigs and make GRR accordingly. CPK run to the new tool and new assembly line. CQP documents preparation, such as CP, FMEA, Flow chart, II etc. License Training to Inspectors and QC for new projects. Submit reports/samples to customer for approval. Summarize the project status timely and highlight to the production department. Communicate with customer on the Quality standards, to get the common understanding for all the parts. Feedback the customer concerns to related dept. and persons and take C/A actions immediately. Handle customer complaints. Regular project quality meeting with Production on weekly or bi-weekly basis. Submit reference/limited Samples to production department. Production Yield monitoring and quality improvement. DR (Defect Report) handling. Internal Audit for Production. Quality review meeting with customer on monthly basis. Confirm Customer Return termly.Key accomplishments: Introduce Nokia new projects triumphantly and run them smoothly. Got GB of Perlos successfully. Avoid problem happening again with effective and simple methods. Put forward my suggestion in recommendation program of Perlos 2006 and which is adopted by the company and subsequently credited to me.
