  •Maintenance and Modification of DCS (Yokogawa Centum VP), ESD (Hq-51) and PLC (Siemens). •Calibration, Installation, Troubleshooting, Check loop of field (Hart, FF and 4-20mA) .• Participated in Revamping of Yokogawa Control System • Identified all necessary materials for field instruments such as transmitters, gauges and etc. • Inspected field instrument installation: Pressure, Pressure Differential, Temperature and Level Transmitter, Level Switch, Pressure and Temperature Gauge and Control valves.• Connected ESD, UPS and DCS systems through MODBUS protocol. • Studied installation on a variety of field instruments. (PT, PDT, LT, TT, FT and Control valve).• Participated in construction, start-up, commissioning and maintenance phases of CA Plant of Bandar Imam Petrochemical Complex (BIPC).•Generated and developed Engineering details of the Instrumentation to be used by piping, Mechanical and construction teams in field.• Sized and selected Control valves • Provide inputs to P&ID development and instrument index.• Provided Data Sheets and Instrument Index. • Preparing and Create All Technical Documents Related to Automation Projects by INtools, Eplan, Autocad P&ID- EM and PM of Yokogawa CS3000 & VP,Hima H51q-HRS,H41q,Siemens S200.300,400,400H. - EM and PM of Rosemount,Yokogawa,E&H and ABB field transmitter in Hart and FF protocol.
