In addition, I negotiated and prepared contract changes between the Met Council, its’ internal/external partners, and the Contractor I oversaw a team of Construction Engineers and Inspection staff that ensured that projects were constructed in compliance with contract requirements. I provided Engineering support to MnDOT operations and oversaw the production of design plans, cost estimates, and special provisions. I performed pavement research, reviewed soils letters and prepared technical reports
