      Export Insights Report• Responsible for creating the commodity export insights report, which had a brief overview of India’s exports and the upcoming markets for export. • The report got featured in media outlets like the Times of India and Business Standard.• The report covered pricing, changes in government regulation, tariffs and duties, fluctuations in existing markets due to incumbent exporter actions, and the possible ports to export from. Email Strategy & Execution• Planned and executed promotional email campaigns through an internal tool, segmenting 27,000+ users on the basis of platform activities (booking, search, and rate comparison), buyer personas and response to pervious mail campaigns resulting in consistently higher open & click rates.• For the new product launch, mapped out user journeys for Sign-Up, Booking & Retention through Autopilot (a marketing automation tool) and created automated mailers for customers to lead to better conversion.Channel Partner Program: Feasibility & User Studies• Worked with a product manager to perform the preliminary research to determine the viability of launching a Channel Partner Program for Customs House Agents (CHA) as a growth hack.• Conducted user studies of 15+ CHA’s to map out value propositions and list out possible concerns of digitizing the customs clearance process.Brand Collateral and Videos•For the new product launch, worked to identify the need for collateral (brochures, customer testimonial videos, flyers, product videos, walkthroughs) and coordinated with digital & creative agencies along with freelancers to provide basic idea, content, design layout ideation and structure to ensure uniform brand tonality and timely delivery across multiple collateral pieces.
