Established two newly funded community outreach services (Transitional Accommodation Service, Safe at Home Service) in Ellenbrook. Provided transitional case management support to families effected by family violence within the Ellenbrook District. Provided risk assessment and intervention to victims of violence as part of a multi-disciplinary team (Western Australia Police and Western Australia Child Protection). Provided case management, advocacy and support to women and children escaping family and intimate partner violence.
