      BeMyPool.es was launched as an e-commerce platform (web & app) in a low-digitalized sector (above-ground swimming pools) reaching a 550k € annual income, surpassing traditional sales channels. We leveraged BeMyPool’s growth partnering with suppliers and industry leaders in Spain & Portugal. Our new business model was featured both on the TV show “Valor Afegit” (TV3) & the industry magazine “Piscinas Hoy”. I designed the whole sales cycle, from prospecting to after-sales process, dealing with both B2B (20%) and B2C (80%) customers. As for the logistics, I led the implementation of an integrated system to shorten delivery times by combining in-stock management & dropshipping agreeements.
