  Collaborated with a distributed American team within agile methodologies in order to internationalize a specific embedded software application for Media Player and Media Gateway, making distributed systems which provided video cable and internet to households. Worked with C++, gdb, remote debugging, cross-compilation. Worked with SQM (Service Quality Manager | Nokia Networks), making rules for checking KPIs (key performance indicator) in order to send alarms when KPIs are out of a normal range. Programmed the rules with G2, a private language by gensym, combined with Perl scripting, while working with all 2G and 3G Networks data from Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. Worked in Intel App Store (AppUp) for client Intel Argentina, bug fixing of the frontend-backend and cutting some features in order to make a Tiny Client, using C++, QT libraries and JavaScript technologies.

  Worked closely with partners, customers and CXs and helped them implement their solutions in Dialogflow. Designed and deployed a modular solution entirely on GCP to connect Dialogflow with third-party software. The solution was based on GCP’s Redis, App Engine, Cloud Functions, Data Studio and Logging. Led the migration of five customer chatbots to the previous modular solution. Other migrations are still ongoing. Created an emotional chatbot in GCP with Dialogflow to understand the emotions of the employees during the pandemic. The chatbot later expanded to over 8000 active users in four countries. Developed a POC to integrate Dialogflow with voice services and regional phone numbers.Developed a POC to detect ID cards inside a chatbot using AutoML.Speaker at Panama City’s 2020 pre-Hackathon’s training round organized by Google Developer Groups
