Overseeing daily monitoring of the site work and identifying any technical issues and resolving it timely without affecting the site progress. 8. Liaising with the project commercial/cost control team in subcontractor’s negotiations and ensuring that the activities are being executed within the allocated budget. 9. Monitoring and controlling the project KPIs (Key performance indicators) by preparing weekly dashboards/reports and progress trackers. 10. Managing and coordinating the client/consultant issued change orders with the commercial team in formalizing the variations. 11. Ensuring that the approved project safety plans are being followed at site and there is a high level safety awareness at the site. 12. Managing the project closeout phase including final inspections, submission of as-built drawings, warranties/guaranties, operational and maintenance manuals, snagging/DE snagging documents.
