  As a Higher Horizons+ Ambassador, I engaged in the Office for Students Uni Connect (formerly NCOP) strategy to aid in widening participation amongst targeted groups within the Staffordshire, Cheshire and Shropshire area. I also acted as a single point of contact for all queries related to test sites and was responsible for working with colleagues across testing channels to ensure up to date information was available to members of the public as well as responding to queries from key stakeholders such as Members of Parliament and Local Authorities.
