My research was directed towards Complete Streets best practices and design guidelines, urban transportation policy & local regulations, pedestrian movement and intersection safety improvements, and traffic calming 2.0 designs in an urban environment. In addition to my research endeavors, I drafted the outline of Baltimore's Complete Streets Guide, assisted in Baltimore's Safety Task Force and the creation of the Strategic Transportation Safety Plan, and played a role in the planning ans design of numerous bicycle and pedestrian facilities.
