  I have been hired by the HvA to help second year remedial students with their courses. This means answering their questions and helping them to get all the courses they need to continue their studies. I am currently helping these students online. Within this team I play a part in setting up the open house the day before, i.e. making sure chairs and tables are in the right place, etc. During the open house, I am either the hostess, scanning entry tickets and guiding soon-to-be students to the right place, or I am representing my branch, by answering the questions of the visitors at the Cyber Security booth.

  IT internship at COPS | High Tech Crime Unit Politie Nederland

  The Cyber Offender Prevention Squad (COPS) is a relatively new team within the High Tech Crime Unit of the Dutch Police. I was very lucky to write my thesis for this great team. My thesis was focused around artificial intelligence and cyber security topics. This has been such an interesting experience where I have learned so much working in a unique environment. The High Tech Crime department focuses on tracking down and stopping internet criminals daily and it was very rewarding to be part of that mission. This was really the cherry on top, when it comes to finishing my Cyber Security bachelor's degree. Show less
