  My first student internship with an assignment : "Disturbance Reduction for High Velocity Piezo Motor" at ASML and Heinmade.I defined and tested 3 different solutions with the first solution gives the best performance, the second gives the most robust performance, and the last is in between. The best in performance gives around 8 until 10 times improvement.   MISO control investigation on a rotation stage.Compare MISO control with SISO control in terms of accuracy (error) and system throughput (settling time)During this internship, I created a dynamic model for my system in SimScape, including friction (Stribeck curve). The SimScape model accurately resembles the real system. Then, I designed my MISO controller with multiloop SISO approach. This MISO control was tested in simulation and experimentally. The MISO control that I implemented is statistically proven to be able to perform 50 times more accurate movement than the specification and increase the throughput with almost a factor of 3. At the end, I also implemented my MISO control strategy in the industrial motion controller.With these amazing results, I received a 10 for my graduation internship. Show less

  Switched back to full time after completing MSc. study Part time (1 day/week) graduate intern for my MSc study.Topic : Piezo self-sensing Switched to part time (4 days/week) to pursue Master's degree in Electrical Engineering Working at ASML Mechatronics System Development (MSD) department for Multi Beam Inspection (MBI) system. I am responsible on developing control system of the machine’s wafer stage.
