During my time there as an account executive my duties involved: • Procurement: Procuring various items, from retail to general office supplies, it often involved shopping around approved suppliers for the most competitive prices and seeking approval from the appropriate level. • Client Management: Weekly updates to the account manager with the progress for each client. Assisting the account manager with any client related tasks. Communicating directly with various clients through a range of platforms such as email, telephone and social media – providing quotations and arranging fitting dates. Updating and maintaining client files for communications with the logistics team. • Promotions: Full responsibility for the design, development, printing and delivery of client marketing material. Running campaigns including website management, social media, email and events management • Organisation and planning: Organising diaries and setting up meetings and fittings. Communicating changes and arranging travel and hospitality for both staff and customers.
