My Duties Included: setting up the bar and restaurant before opening, working on the bar serving drinks, serving food, till use and closing up.I worked at the pub throughout my time at university, going back during holidays and busy periods. I enjoyed working at the pub as it was an extremely social job where I constantly met and interacted with new people.

  Mark Warner are a tour operator specialising in extreme sports and family holidays.My duties included: greeting guests as they arrived, replenishing the buffet when needed and serving in a restaurant seating 610 guests. During my time in Greece I lived and worked with a group of people from all over Europe. Working in the restaurant was extremely social, we were required to create a relationship with the different families and take interest in them personally.   The Pre-Fit Delivery Company (PFD) is a Ski equipment provision company based in Oxfordshire. Working for a start up company allowed me to gain knowledge in all aspects of the business. During my time there as an account executive my duties involved: • Procurement: Procuring various items, from retail to general office supplies, it often involved shopping around approved suppliers for the most competitive prices and seeking approval from the appropriate level. • Client Management: Weekly updates to the account manager with the progress for each client. Assisting the account manager with any client related tasks. Communicating directly with various clients through a range of platforms such as email, telephone and social media – providing quotations and arranging fitting dates. Updating and maintaining client files for communications with the logistics team. • Promotions: Full responsibility for the design, development, printing and delivery of client marketing material. Running campaigns including website management, social media, email and events management • Organisation and planning: Organising diaries and setting up meetings and fittings. Communicating changes and arranging travel and hospitality for both staff and customers. Day to day running of the office including managing and organising rotas, processing invoices, maintaining and monitoring the use of ski and fitting equipment. • Sales Analysis: Maintaining the invoicing system for all transactions made to PFD; these are tracked using the invoice tracking system. • Systems: Creating and managing new systems, such as fuel cards and franking machines. Resolving customer queries in a timely manner through utilizing information and systems available • Order management – Proactively managing all customer orders via manual entry and e-solution using my initiative, influence and problem solving skills to ensure delivery requirements are met. • Shipment and returns – Managing orders from point of sale to delivery, working with the manufacturing plant and carriers to ensure delivery on time to the customer. • Complaint management – Handling complaints and adjustments, including route cause analysis and corrective action • Training – Formally training new colleagues on SAP and internal processes, and being a first point of contact should issues arise • Demand planning – Retrieving and submitting forecast information, working with customers to improve the availability and quality of marketing intelligence.
