      As a retention marketing intern, Benjamin was focused on increasing DISH Network’s social media presence in order to leverage it as a marketing tool for their subscribers. He took a lead role for several of DISH Network’s social media outlets. • Increased Twitter and Facebook followers over 50% by monitoring and responding to social media activity.• Created and implemented several Facebook pages including a comprehensive support page for customers.• Raised customer awareness of DISH Network’s social media sites by advertising and promoting Facebook and Twitter across all aspects of the business including TV, web, and print.• Partnered with Equifax to launch a comprehensive social influencer campaign allowing DISH Network to determine an effective marketing strategy through social media. • Presented key social media finding and recommendations to C-level executives and vice presidents.
