I meet with prospective, new, and existing members to discuss the value proposition of ERC membership and other ERC offerings. Understanding our members’ and clients’ needs, I recommend holistic solutions to help them achieve their HR goals. Such solutions may include enhancements or updates to their total rewards program, employee handbook or HR policies. As HR Consultant, I'm able to deliver on these services too.
