  I worked in one of the best working environments and a friendly team. Had gone through all the intense measures taken in a Motorsports Quality Assurance and Management department. My main tasks were Data Analytics, Capacity planning, Budget planning, and scheduling. I also got a chance to learn and use BI software and understand the German Automotive Industry in a flash.

  I worked in one of the most friendly teams ever. Had gone through all the nooks and crannies of the sales department. My main tasks were Data Analytics, customer journey planning and finding ways to improve leads-to-sales conversion within the pilot markets. I used MS Power BI to the fullest and wrote a research paper on how to improve the sales funnel.

  My work at Westcoast Group of KIA dealerships includes one of the key tasks to improve sales: customer experience. I am training all the KIA Experience Consultants in developing technical and ethical skills. Managing the dealer stock, checking allotments to customers, and creating new ways of process within the CRM to convince the customer to opt for Value-Added Services and Extended Warranty to increase the penetration. My main tasks are Data Analytics, customer journey planning, and finding ways to improve enquiry-to-sales conversion.And recently we have been projected to be awarded the best authorized KIA dealership group, across India. Which will still be a good business goal to achieve considering today's world economic growth in big and emerging economies. Show less
