  Trained and implemented strength and conditioning programs for athletes K-12. Trained athletes in small groups and individual settings. Created a positive and accepting environment where each athlete can grow at their own pace. I directed daily swim practices for 20+ children ages 5-14 and helped improve swimmers overall skills in the sport as well as taught sportsmanship and teamwork. Enforced rules, polices and procedures for the safety of the community. Completed weekly CPR training sessions. I assisted head coaches daily with coaching 10+ swimmers, managed the Colorado timing system at swim meets and kept score, videotaped, and tracked statistics at lacrosse games.
