      Working within the Accountancy & Finance division at Hays managing my own desk I recruited for Non-Qualified and Part-Qualified temporary and contract accounts positions throughout the South Coast. I managed a team of 4 and focused on our strategy within the sector. Working within the Senior Finance division at Hays focusing on permanent roles, I was responsible for sourcing and interviewing exceptional senior finance candidates for qualified positions throughout the south coast. I organised our networking and recruitment events and initiated new ways of candidate attraction, due to my dedication, drive and placements made within my time as a Resourcer I was then promoted to Recruitment Consultant level to run my own Temporary and Contracts desk.
