  Retired from Boeing in September, 2016. Engineer, PLM. Manage government and commercial satellite products from component parts to spacecraft deliverable. Provide input on proposals, development and maintenance of CM Plans, indentured parts, drawing lists and specification trees. Identifying configuration items, specification and other required document numbers. Maintain configuration of all products through their lifecycle, from initial engineering release through any subsequent revisions, engineering orders and/or specification change notices. Assure any engineering variances are valid, approved and documented in PDM. Perform audits of as-design vs as-built on both make and buy products. Assure command media complies with ISO 9001, AS 9100 and customer contract requirements. Represent PLM in ISO and AS, customer and internal audits. Review customer contracts and statements of work and data item descriptions, identify contract deliverables and establish delivery schedules. Facilitate engineering and change control boards, not only document attendance, minutes and actions but, assure and communicate proper compliance of command media when a variance is appropriate, or engineering change, when a part number is or is not impacted by a proposed variance or change. Generate PLM metrics to include engineering scheduled for release, open engineering changes and variances pending releases, and contract deliverable status.Member of the Technical Staff, Planner, Payload Integration. Manage and perform all planning and production control aspects. Active member with Production Control Process Improvement Team. Participant with Material Resource Planning (MRP) Committee and active in MRP implementation for business unit. Show less

  Retired from SA-TECH in October, 2021. Configuration Manager (CM) for all assigned projects at Point Mugu. Review initial release engineering. Facilitate Change Control Board and review for Engineering: Change Requests, Change Proposals, Notice of Revisions and Variances. Assign engineering document / drawing numbers. Maintain product data management tools. Provide CM status and accounting and track Contract Data Requirements Lists.
