Additionally, I handle Bullhorn tickets on the Agile Accelerator, thoroughly testing and designing specific test cases for the ATS scenario involving candidates. I specialize in Salesforce Lightning, where I conduct testing for the community portal catering to both candidates and clients. My role as a tester involves handling tickets on the Agile Accelerator, testing their functionality, and designing comprehensive test cases to ensure the system's robust performance. I work in Salesforce Lightning, focusing on testing with various applications such as App 20, Client Portal, and Bullhorn. My role primarily involves quality assurance as a tester, ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of these applications within the Salesforce environment. TCS Ignite is a specialized six-month training initiative tailored for science graduates, including myself, chosen to join Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). This program is crafted to ease our transition from diverse academic backgrounds into the realms of the IT industry and corporate dynamics.
