The degree was completed with 15 distinctions. The research paper focused on “Liability issues with regards to the Life Esidimeni tragedy in the South African mental health care law”(passed with distinction).The elective modules were international human rights law and education law.

University of Johannesburg

The degree has been completed. The dissertation, supervised by Professor David Bilchitz, focuses on "[whether] the provision of gender-affirming health care to transgender prisoners is required by the South African Constitution". This degree consists of three modules focusing on the history and philosophical foundations of fundamental rights; the South African Bill of Rights; and the enforcement of fundamental rights in South Africa and internationally.
