Post transition to Cognizant, I collaborated with my Senior Management and my co-Operations Managers to develop and define employee responsibilities and expectations. I utilized my knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize operational efficiency by developing and improving Systems of Process (SOPs) for our project resulting in improved SLA compliance and increased employee utilization.I held weekly cadence calls with my Customer Success Managers at Microsoft where we discussed customer feedback, KPIs, as well as ongoing projects/implementation plans within our accounts. I collaborated with our CSMs, QDMs, and Microsoft's product team to develop and oversee customer success plans to better tailor our products and services to the client resulting in consistent client retention and growth.I also served as a direct manager for a team of 4-5 QDMs. I led weekly cadence calls with them to discuss KPIs, objectives for the week, and ongoing projects within their books of business. By closely monitoring both client and employee KPIs, we were able to achieve 100% SLA compliance for our clients as well as increase employee utilization by 60%.
