  I directed squadron production and personnel across a 24/7 operation that involved the oversight and coordination of all back shop aircraft maintenance for 5 specialized flights(500 personnel) in support of daily flying requirements of 80+ assigned aircraft. Additionally, I am responsible for all aspects of the production and functional check flights for assigned aircraft through the phased and isochronical inspection process involving 3 separate airframe types. Additionally, I coordinated the utilization of squadron facilities and resources in the completion of scheduled/unscheduled maintenance in support of 4 flying squadrons. Finally, I reviewed/compiled/analyzed monthly quality control data of squadron maintenance actions for trend analysis, as well as the daily reporting of all maintenance actions affecting mission readiness and aircraft availability to the next level of leadership.
