  • As an HSE Student Intern at PPSDM Migas Cepu, I gained hands-on experience in understanding and applying work safety principles in the oil and gas industry. For 1 month, I was involved in data collection, risk analysis, and the preparation of a comprehensive final report to support the improvement of the HSE system.• My friends and I successfully completed the final report entitled “Analysis of the Effectiveness Application of the HIRADC and JSA Methods at the PPSDM MIGAS Refinery Unit ” which includes strategic recommendations to mitigate operational risks.• My internship at PPSDM Migas Cepu as HSE Student Intern gave me the opportunity to explore the process of hazard identification and risk mitigation. The final report that I compiled became a real contribution to the development of safety policies.• Processing company JSA data to evaluate the effectiveness of the jsa method in handling work accidents, analyzing and evaluating HIRADC data at the oil and gas ppsdm refinery Unit.• Analyzing HIRADC data and direct inspection on oil and gas ppsdm refinery units which are divided into furnace units, boiler units, and Distillation units.   Petrophysicist Intern – PT Pertamina EP Cepu Regional 4 Zona 14 (Exploration Planning & Operation Division)I had the opportunity to contribute as a Petrophysicist Intern. Over the course of this program, I carried out a research project titled:“Quantitative Petrophysical Analysis with Multi-Log Cutoff for Net Pay Zone Determination and Hydrocarbon Reserves Estimation Using Well-Based Method in Kais Formation, Salawati Basin, ‘RNF’ Field.”This project allowed me to explore in-depth petrophysical workflows, apply theoretical knowledge to real industry data, and gain practical insights into reservoir evaluation and hydrocarbon potential assessment.• Conducted comprehensive quantitative petrophysical analysis by integrating Gamma Ray (GR), Resistivity, Neutron-Density, and Sonic logs to evaluate lithology, estimate porosity and effective porosity, calculate water and hydrocarbon saturation, and validate results with regional geological understanding• Conducted in data quality control (QC) and validation of well log datasets, correcting Data Log by Merged and Splicing log using Phyton, and normalizing log data to ensure consistency and compatibility for multi-log cutoff analysis.• Gained exposure to advanced petrophysical workflows including environmental corrections for borehole and mud effects, application of porosity models such as density-neutron, Sonic crossplot, permeability estimation using empirical correlations, and hydrocarbon pore volume mapping for reservoir evaluation.• Applied multi-log cutoff techniques to define Net Reservoir and Net Pay intervals by combining Vshale, porosity, and resistivity thresholds, minimizing uncertainty compared to single-log approaches, and validating the cutoff through cross-plot analysis & Probabilistic sensitivity testing across multiple wells.• Performed hydrocarbon reserves estimation using well-based volumetric methods by calculating RQI & FZI to generate rock typing and calculating original oil in place.
