This allows me to be well versed in many areas of communication and obtain the different skills to master all of these areas.I have had an expansive career with Verizon that started with a job as a door greeter. My experience, as I travelled through several channels including customer service, sales, store management and indirect support for national retail, has allowed me to obtain valuable skills that I use daily. The ability to build and maintain relationships while working for a large corporation can be challenging but I find it important to always let my customers know they are my number one priority.
