This included everything from the voice of the ads and the look of the service vehicles to the technicians’ uniforms and the layout of the website. Working closely with the company owner and employees, we were able to bring a high level of innovation to an industry that was stagnant and predictably disappointing. The company was able to break into a tough and flooded market with force, and has continued to grow since my time there. Show less
