This was a report on BarCorp's top 20 global competitors, analysing their strategies and aims for the next financial year. Secondly, a SWOT and gap analysis project. This was an evaluation of BarCorp's products in the Western European and UAE markets. I had to identify BarCorp's main competition in these markets and assess gaps and weaknesses in BarCorp's product offerings compared to their competitors.   Leader of a team of 15 security volunteers. I had to delegate tasks to my team and liaise with LOCOG, the MOD and G4S. My team had responsibility for getting customers into the Olympic Park: checking tickets and queue management. Ensuring that everyone knew and felt comfortable with what they were doing was vital. I always made sure I spoke to members of my team regularly to see how they were and to relay any messages from the MOD or LOCOG. I also had to ensure that the moral of my team stayed high.   The team has a wide ranging remit across Trade and Working Capital.I was responsible for acquiring market intelligence including trends in key markets & sectors (which included extensive use Bloomberg), risks, competitive threats and new opportunities as well carrying out tactical & strategic corrective actions to the portfolio - largely by through selling assets in the secondary market. I also represented Trade’s interests to Risk and Coverage as well as working closely with the bank's Capital and Liquidity Management team with regards to regulatory permissions, Risk Weighted Assets methodology and models development. I produced several reports for senior management and presented to internal stakeholders, for example detailing the potential impacts of Brexit on the portfolio and our clients.
