      Research Topic: “Fabrication of tunable wetting surface with interacting cavities via femtosecond laser fabrication and wet etching”.• Completed the project by using ultrafast femtosecond laser microfabrication in silica glass and chemical wet etching, a surface with tunable wettability was fabricated. Contact angle can be tuned from 0 to 137 degrees with different parameters;Research topic: “Fabrication of a compound infrared microlens array with ultrashort focal length using femtosecond laser-assisted wet etching and dual-beam pulsed laser deposition”• Successfully fabricated the graded microlens array with laser-assisted wet etching, PDMS replication and coating deposition. The lenslet achieved an ideal hyperbolic profile and a lenslet diameter of ~ 6 μm. Tested the lens array and it showed a good optical imaging performance Show less
