I was able to bring prior sales experience at my other positions at 2mpwr and Staples to this role to ensure that patients satisfied with their purchase. Within this responsibility, I communicated with various optometrists to ensure that patient's medical needs were met. Another aspect of this responsibility was that I worked with various insurance companies to ensure that patients were bale to use their insurance plans in order to pay for their medical devices. My role also included office secretarial work such as the answering of phone calls and communicating with patients, medical offices, and insurance companies to ensure that patients received the proper medical attention. I was also responsible for the creation of various expense reports to determine the office's monthly profits to help guide financial decisions for the offices.   At 2mpwr, I have many responsibilities that help to ensure that 2mpwr was able to prepare deliverables. These responsibilities included contributing to design activities, including the compiling and documentation of design inputs. This has allowed me to become familiar with many different types of design documents. I support the gathering source information, assembling component lists for failure-mode analysis, in addition to initializing document preparation. Furthermore I have assisted in compiling equipment lists for power flow analysis study. I also contribute to the preparation of test plans and reports, allowing me to gain an understanding of the characteristics of individual equipment components. I have also assisted in developing work plans to ensure that project goals were met in a timely manner and that all quality steps were performed. Show less
